Osito is on fire. Chef/owner Seth Stowaway's vision for this place is so soft and edgy and incredibly comfortable. We got to work with some immense beautiful redwood slabs from Arborica to produce the continuous countertops and the robust little tables floating off the walls. In the showcase kitchen, our maple end grain butcher blocks illuminate the prep counters suspended by patina steel frames. This was our first project with Studio Terpeluk, looking forward to more.
